    How to play

    Every day there is one hidden rule about sentences. Your job is to work it out.

    1. You're shown one sentence that follows the rule. Careful: not everything about it matters.
    2. You get 5 tests. Type any sentence (2 to 12 words) and you'll see straight away if it follows or breaks the rule.
    3. Then make one guess: type the rule in your own words. A wrong guess ends the game.

    For example, if the rule were "every word has an odd number of letters":

    ✓ The old dog sat.
    × Dogs bark.

    Rules are about letters, words and their lengths, not about meaning. A new puzzle every day at midnight, your time.
